Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.02 dated February 01, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the business result in 2017:

-          Production value:                      3,696 billion dongs

-          Revenue:                                    3,831 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                207.9 billion dongs.

2)    Approving the reappointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Son as Deputy CEO.

3)    Approving the reappointment of Mr. Ha Phuoc Loc as Deputy CEO.

4)    Approving the reappointment of Ms. Tran Thi My as Chief Accountant.
