DLG: Board approves to sign agreements with related companies

On February 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy on executing the agreements and transactions between Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company and 16 related companies and persons in 2018. The value of each agreement and transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements. Those agreements and transactions will be valid from January 01, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
