On January 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the followings:

1)    Business performance and the financial statements in Quarter 4.2017.

2)    The settlement report on project “Center of warehousing and production of pesticides”.

3)    Document of the Management Board regarding the list of banks for lending and depositing.

4)    The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung as Member of Management Board.
