SKG: BODs Resolution No.01 _ 15 Jan 2018

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.01 dated January 15, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving to build the high speed ferry for Rach Gia – Phu Quoc line, including 354 passengers, motorbike, car, lorry and cargo.

-          Time of implementation: Q2.2018;

-          Total investment: 2.7 million USD.

2)    Approving the selection of Kaibouk Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD to build the high speed ferry for Rach Gia – Phu Quoc line.

3)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Ting Chek Hua as member of BODs as from January 16, 2018.

4)    Approving to sign an office lease contract at Ha Tien.

5)    Approving to improve and upgrade Superdong ship with total value not exceeding 1.2 million USD.
