SBV: Result of stock issuance to pay dividend

Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company announced the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for exisiting shareholders as follows:

1)    Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company

-         Number of outstanding shares: 20,480,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 60,000 shares

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,826,666 shares

-         Purpose: to pay second stock dividend.

-         Record date: December 21, 2017

-         Trading date: expected in Q1.2018

2)    Result of stock issuance:

-        Number of distributed shares: 6,826,476 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 480 shareholders

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
