- Issuer: Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PVY
- Number of shares under trading restriction: 59,489,787 shares
- Total value under  trading restriction (by par): VND 594,897,870,000
- Effective date: 29/12/2017
- Reason: Owner’s equity in the reviewed financial statement 2017 of the Company is minus, under trading restriction status
- Trading restriction: PVY stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
Trading restriction period end when Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard Joint Stock Company overcomes current situation.
