Hoa Sen Group announced Board Resolution No.04A dated January 16, 2018 as follows:

The Board approved contents as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Ngoc Chu as CEO as from January 16, 2018.

2)    Mr. Tran Ngoc Chu was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from January 16, 2018.

3)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quoc Tri as Deputy CEO as from January 16, 2018.

4)    Mr. Tran Quoc Tri was appointed as CEO as from January 16, 2018.

5)    Mr. Hoang Duc Huy was reappointed as Deputy CEO

6)    Mr. Vu Van Thanh was reappointed as Deputy CEO

7)    Mr. Nguyen Minh Khoa was reappointed as Deputy CEO

8)    Mr. Ho Thanh Hieu was reappointed as Deputy CEO

9)    Mr. Tran Quoc Pham was reappointed as Deputy CEO

10) Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy was reappointed as Right Deputy CEO

11) Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan was reappointed as Chief Accountant.
