On 03 Jan 2018, Hai Van Tunnel Management And Operation Joint Stock Company announced the personnel change and dissolution of branch as follows:

• Mr. Huynh Tan Dieu – Chief of Supervisory Board has submitted the resignation letter for resigning from Chief of Supervisory Board and Member of Supervisory Board of the term 2014 – 2019 with effect from 02/01/2018.
• Dismissal of Mr. Tran Dai Xuan from Deputy General Manager with effect since 02/01/2018.
• Dissolution of Hai Van Construction Materials Production Enterprise – Branch of Hai Van Tunnel Management And Operation Joint Stock Company.
