HCD: Announcement of public offering HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company (HCD) announces the public offering as follows:
- Expected issue volume: 13,500,000 shares
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Total capital need to be mobilized: VND135,000,000,000.
- Exercise ratio: 1:0.95 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to buy 0.95 new share.)
- The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share and the shares refused to buy (if any) will be offered to other investors. These shares will be restricted within 01 year.
- Regulation on rights transfer:
+ Time for rights transference: from Frebruary 12, 2018 to March 06, 2018
+ The rights should be transferred only once.
- Time for subscription and deposit: from Frebruary 12, 2018 to March 08, 2018
