On January 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company approved the policy on seeking shareholders’ writing approval for the resignation and election member of BOD & BOS:

-          Time of implementation: from January 12, 2018 to January 22, 2018

-          Place of implementation: International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company

-          Contents:

+ Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Linh Giang as a member of the Supervisory Board.

+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.

+ Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Si Thuan as a member of the BOD.

+ Ms. Vu Thi Phuong Nga was appointed as a member of the BOD.
