-          Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000

-          Owner: FLC Group Joint Stock Company (contributed 100% charter capital FLC Jewelry Company Limited).

-           To appoint Ms. Dam Ngoc Bich is representative of stake of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in FLC Jewelry Company Limited.
