On January 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to establish Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo Service & Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:

-   Company name: Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo Service & Construction Joint Stock Company.

-   Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (DXG contributed 51% charter capital, equivalent to VND10,200,000,000 at Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo Service & Construction Joint Stock Company.)

-   Legal representative: Mr. Duong Quoc Thuy.

-   To appoint Mr. Nguyen Vu, Chairman of BODs is the representative of stake of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation at Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo Service & Construction Joint Stock Company.
