DIG: Board resolution on the establishment of sub-committees

On January 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the decision on establishing sub-committees under the Board of Directors:

-          Investment Board;

-          Internal audit committee;

-          Staff and payroll;

The Board of Directors appointed the following persons in charge of the corporate governance of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation:

-          Mr. Hoang Duy Thinh (Human Resources Manager, Head of Secretary Board): Manager in charge of corporate governance;

-          Ms. Tran Thi Thu (Deputy CFO, Member of of Secretary Board): Assistant of the Manager in charge of corporate governance;

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan: Assistant of the Manager in charge of corporate governance;

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien: Assistant of the Manager in charge of corporate governance.
