DCM: Resolution of general meeting

PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announces the written resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated January 20, 2018 after seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

-          Approving for the distribution to the 2017 Science Technology Development Fund with the distribution ratio of 10% on the 2017 taxable income before calculating the 2017 corporate income tax.
