BTT: Decision on the change of listing

On January 11, 2018, HOSE issued a decision to allow Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (securities code: BTT) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 12,878,703 shares

-        Additional volume: 621,297 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 6,212,970,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 13,500,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 135,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: January 15, 2018

-        Reason of change: The Company issued shares under ESOP.
