Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.161/NQ-NĐBR-ĐHĐCĐ dated January 29, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Hoang Yen as the Supervisory Board member.

2)    Approving the supplementary election of Mr. Chau Thanh Can as the Board of Directors member.

3)    Approving the supplementary election of Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh as Supervisory Board member.
