VNE: The record date for first cash dividend payment for 2017

On December 14, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.1372/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNE) as follows:

1)    Ex-right date: December 26, 2017         

2)    Record date: December 27, 2017          

3)    Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2017

4)    Detailed information:

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: January 11, 2018

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation.
