TIP: Delay in the disclosure of financial statements 2018

Hochiminh Stock Exchange received a document dated December 09, 2017 by Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company regarding the request for a delay in the disclosure of its financial statements in 2018 as follows:

-          For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;

-          For the semi-annual financial statements: within 60 days from the last day of first six months.

-          For the annual financial statements within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year.

-           However, the request of TIPmust be reviewed and approved in writing by the State Securities Commission.
