Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation reports the use of capital from the bond issue:

              I.        Information on bond:

-          Issuer: Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation

-          Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Offering volume: 380 bonds

-          Total mobilized capital: VND380 billion

-          Beginning date: December 23, 2016

-          Ending date: December 23, 2016

            II.        Plan for the use of capital:

1)    Announced plan:

-          To invest in the second phase of Cu Chi Project: VND160 billion;

-          To invest in a subsidiary (limited company): maximum of VND220 billion.

2)    Current progress:

-          To invest in the second phase of Cu Chi Project: VND34,972,524,419.

-          To invest in a subsidiary (limited company): maximum of VND220,000,000,000.

3)    Changes and adjustments (if any):

On July 07, 2017, the Company bought 25 bonds before maturity date (equivalent to VND125,000,000,000). At present, the number of outstanding debt bonds is 255 bonds (equivalent to VND255,000,000,000).
