SBT: Change of name and location of branch & representative office

On December 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved to change the name and location of branch & representative office, specifically as follows:

1)    Change of branch’s name from Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company – Long An Branch into Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company - Long An Branch.

2)    Change of representative office’s name and location from Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh Representative Office at 512 Ly Thuong Kiet, ward 7, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city into Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh Representative Office at 253 Hoang Van Thu street, ward 2, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.
