QBS: Resolution on the capital contributed in Transworld QBV ICD

On December 19, 2017, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (QBS) approved the establishment of Transworld QBV ICD Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Name of new company: TRANSWORLD QBV ICD JOINT STOCK COMPANY

-          Short name: TRANSWORLD QBV ICD  

-          Head office: Lot CN4.4F and Lot CN4.4G, Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city, Viet Nam.

-          Charter capital: VND20 billion. Of which, QBS contributes VND8 billion, accounting for 40% of TRANSWORLD QBV ICD.

-          Representative of QBS in TRANSWORLD QBV ICD: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong.
