-        Additional volume: 30,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND300,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 130,000,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,300,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 01, 2017

-        Reason of change: private placement to strategic investors.
