Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.43 & 44 dated December 27, 2017 as follows:

Board Resolution No.43:

The Board of Directors approved the withdrawal of stake in USF Vina – Japan Co., Ltd. from the date when two members The Takigami Steel Construction Co., Ltd. and Mitsuboshi Kogyo Co., Ltd. completes all payments to Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company (expected on December 31, 2017).

Board Resolution No.44:

The Board of Directors approved that Lilama 18.1 Joint Stock Company would be no longer a subsidiary of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company after Lilama 18.1 Joint Stock Company completes the capital increase (expected on December 31, 2017).
