-        Number of shares before additional listing: 27,383,148 shares

-        Additional volume: 22,628,862 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND226,288,620,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 50,012,010 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND500,120,100,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 20, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
