On December 21, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company (securities code: HVX) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 36,960,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 1,565,250 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 15,652,500,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 38,525,250 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 385,252,500,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 25, 2017

-        Reason of change: to issue shares for the purpose of merger with oa Phat Construction Stone Joint Stock Company.
