HBC: HBC not be eligible for share buyback

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company recently submitted the document on share buyback to the State Securities Commission. However, the Company has received an official document by the State Securities Commission replying to the share buyback. Accordingly, on November 09, 2017 the Company finished issuing 1,000,000 shares to its employees (ESOP). Therefore, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company does not meet enough conditions of share buyback.

The Company will continue to register to repurchase its own shares when satisfying the provisions of law and receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission.
