-        Number of shares before additional listing: 179,432,281 shares

-        Additional volume: 108,844,676 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,088,446,760,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 288,276,957 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND2,882,769,570,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 13, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
