The Board of Directors of Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company approved a record date for closing the list of bondholders who register to convert bonds into shares, the number of bonds to be converted into shares; conversion price:

-          Record date: December 18, 2017

-          Conversion time: from December 19, 2017 to December 21, 2017

-          Conversion date: December 25, 2017

-          Total number of convertible bonds: 53,500,000,000 dongs

-          Conversion price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Type of share: freely transferable share.
