According to Board Resolution No.34 dated November 23, 2017, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved a plan for the bond issue in 2017 as follows:

-          Issuer: Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured.

-          Offering method: private placement of bond.

-          Total offering value: VND113 billion

-          Bond term: 03 years

-          Interest: 6%/year

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q4.2017.
