VJC: Board resolution on fractional shares

According to the Board resolution dated September 29, 2017, the Board of Directors of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company approved the result of implementation of rights to receive bonus shares which were issued from the owner’s equity:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 128,955,224 shares

-          Number of shares distributed in practice (after rounded down): 128,955,205 shares

-          Number of fractional shares: 19 shares.

The Board of Directors approved to execute the plan for fractional shares as follows:

-          Number of fractional shares: 19 shares.

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment date: September 29, 2017

-          Payment method: in cash/ by transfer
