VAF: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2017 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  November 15, 2017

-          Payment date: December 05, 2017

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 05%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as from December 05, 2017.
