TTF: TTF completes transfer of TTI stake

The Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to transfer all stake at Truong Thanh Industrial Joint Stock Company (TTI) as follows:

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 1,257,143 shares, equivalent to 68.52% of the charter capital of TTI.

TTI hasn’t a subsidiary of TTF as from October 03, 2017.
