TCT: BODs Resolution on adjustemnt of the 1st 2017 cash dividend

On October 17, 2017, BODs of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company announced Resolution No.10/NQ-HĐQT regarding the dividend payment for 1st 2017 at a ratio of 40%/charter capital. However, this payment exceeded the plan of 2017 approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders at 30%/charter capital. So, Resolution No.10/NQ-HĐQT is considered the cancellation and the company will collect shareholders' opinions in writing at the earliest time.
