SBV: SBV approved to delay the disclosure of financial statements

On October 09, 2017, the State Securities Commission approved Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company (SBV) to delay the disclosure of the financial statements, as follows:

-          The Company was allowed to release its Quarter 3/2017 and Quarter 4/2017 financial statements within 30 days from the last day of quarter.
