2) Approving the cash dividend for 1st 2017:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)
- Record date: November 15, 2017
- Payment date: from December 01, 2017 to December 15, 2017.
3) Approving a joint venture contract with Pantos Holdings Incorporation (Korea) to establish PANHAIAN JVC Limited for investment and exploitation of Depot with charter capital of 12,000,000 USD (owning ratio of HAH 51%, equivalent to 6,120,000 USD or 140,760,000,000 dongs.)
4) Approving the personnel change:
- The appointment of Nguyen Ngoc Tuan as Deputy CEO of HAH.
- The appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung as Deputy CEO of HAH.
5) Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Ngoc Son, Mr. Ta Manh Cuong and Mr. Vu Thanh Hai as the representative of stake of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company in PANHAIAN JVC Limited.
