On October 26, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.384/QD-SGDHCM to allow Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: MBB) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,712,740,909 shares

-        Additional volume: 102,764,454 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,027,644,540,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,815,505,363 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND18,155,053,630,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: October 30, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the dividend payment and ESOP.
