LGL: LGL completed the divestment in related company

Based on the BODs Resolution No.69/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 20, 2017. Now, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company announces that the company has completed the divestment of 2,052,000 shares, equivalent to 45% of charter capital of Xuan Thuy Service Trading Investment Joint Stock Company. So, number of current shares after divestment of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company in Xuan Thuy Service Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is 866,400 shares (equivalent to 19% of charter capital of Xuan Thuy Service Trading Investment JSC.)
