KSH: Board resolution on extending the period of the loan

According to the Board resolution dated October 02, 2017, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to extend the period of the loan of LaoCai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer Join Stock Company. Accordingly, the loan worth VND10 billion with an interest rate of 5%/year, borrowed by LaoCai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer Join Stock Company, will be extended for another one year from October 02, 2017 to October 02, 2018.
