KSA: KSA still in the warning status

On October 07, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.406/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSA) into warning status as from October 14, 2016 because the Company violated the regulation on disclosure of information, according to Item f - Point 1.1 - Paragraph 1 - Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, issued together with Decision No.346/QD-SGDHCM dated 23 August, 2016.

HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock KSA and will consider solutions for the stock KSA after having the Quarter 3/2017 financial statements.
