HPG: Board Resolution No.17 Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated September 28, 2017 as follows:
1) The Board approved to contribute an additional amount of VND299 billion and appoint a representative managing the contributed capital in Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company:
- Increased capital: VND299 billion
- Charter capital of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company at present: VND300 billion (of which Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company contributes VND299 billion, equivalent to 99.66%)
- Charter capital of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company after increase: VND600 billion (of which Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company contributes VND598 billion, equivalent to 99.66%)
- To appoint Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Member of the Board of Directors, as the representative managing the additional capital in Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company.
2) To approve the transfer of all stake in Golden Gain Vietnam Joint Stock Company:
- Number of transferred shares: 43,288,168 shares (equivalent to 99.94%)
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Transfer price: VND432,881,680,000.
- Issuer: Golden Gain Vietnam Joint Stock Company
- Receiver: Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company. HOSE
