DTL: DTL reminded about the trading of treasury shares

- Pursuant to Article 08, Circular 203/2015/TT-BTC dated 12/21/2015 by the Ministry of Finance guiding securities trading and the regulation at Article 25, Trading Regulations No.341/QD-SGDHCM dated 08/22/2016 by the CEO of Hochiminh Stock Exchange regarding treasury stock trading;

After checking and reviewing, Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) found that on August 29, 2017, Dai Thien Loc Corporation did not comply regulations when putting orders to sell its treasury shares. HOSE strictly reminds and asks Dai Thien Loc Corporation to comply the regulations on treasury stock trading.
