On September 07, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.324/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (securities code: VIS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 49,220,262 shares

-        Additional volume: 24,610,131 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND246,101,310,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 73,830,393 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND738,303,930,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 11, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
