VCI: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated September 12, 2017 after collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:

1)    To allow the Company to issue and list covered warrants

a)     To allow the Company to issue and list covered warrants in many phases in 2017, including the following works:

-          To issue, offer and list warrants;

-          To make a warrant market;

-          To trade for the purpose of hedging warrants;

-          To supply warrant brokerage and advisory services.

b)     To approve the regulations on rights and obligations of warrant holders.

c)     To approve the limit ratio of offering warrants.

d)      To approve the plan for securing the payment obligations of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company for warrant holders.

2)    To approve the amendments to the Company’s Charter regarding the issue, offering and listing of covered warrants.  

3)    To approve to authorize the Board of Directors to fulfill procedure for the offering and listing of covered warrants.
