TLG: Board resolution No 24,25,26

On September 19, 2017, the Board of Thien Long Group Corporation approved contents as follows:

1)    The BOD approved to implement for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

2)    Issue price for ESOP: VND30,000/share

3)    Plan to use the proceeds from the offering: Total proceeds, about VND22,500,000, will be used to buy materials.
