TDG: Information on the decision of tax inspection

Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 (DRL) announced the decision of tax inspection dated September 13, 2017 for the period from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016 as follows:

1)    Tax arrears: 21,399,895 dongs.

2)    Penalties:

-          Administrative penalty, fined in cash on the amount of corporate tax that was not declared: 4,879,979 dongs

-          Administrative penalty for tax procedure: 2,100,000 dongs

-          Amount of late payment for false declaration: 1,207,795 dongs.
