SCR: Revises the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017 Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company revises the document of Annual General Meeting 2017 regarding the stock issue to raise funds by 7% from the undistributed after-tax profit. Accordingly, the exercise ratio and plan to deal with fractional shares will be adjusted as follows:
Information before adjustment:
- Exercise ratio: 1:0.05. Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with 01 right will receive 0.05 new share.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares distributed to the existing shareholders will be rounded. The fractional shares will be cancelled. For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 110 shares, equivalent to 110 rights. He or she will receive: 110 x 0.05 = 5.5 shares, rounded down to 05 new shares. The fractional share (0.5) will be cancelled.
Information after adjustment:
- Exercise ratio: 1:0.07. Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with 01 right will receive 0.07 new share.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares distributed to the existing shareholders will be rounded. The fractional shares will be cancelled. For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 110 shares, equivalent to 110 rights. He or she will receive: 110 x 0.07 = 7.7 shares, rounded down to 07 new shares.
