SCR: Board resolution on private placement of bonds

According to the Board resolution dated August 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved a plan for private placement of bonds in 2017 with the total par value of VND200 billion, as follows:

-          Issuer: Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Bond name: Bond of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company in 2016 (short name: SCRBOND022017)

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000

-          Bond form: book-entry

-          Maximum issue volume: 200 bonds

-          Maximum issue value: VND200,000,000,000.

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Bond term: 12 months (01 year) from the issue date

-          Issue date: in 2017

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Estimated interest rate: no lower than 10%/year and no more than 11%/year.

-          Interest payment period: once three months

-          Agent and consulting company: MB Securities Joint Stock Company.
