SBT: Approving the stock offering result for stock swap On September 08, 2017, BODs of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company approved a result of stock offering for stock swap as follows:
1) Approving the list of BHS’s shareholders to implement the stock swap:
- Record date: August 31, 2017
- Number of outstanding shares: 297,874,449 shares
2) Approving the SBT’s stock offering result for BHS’s stock swap:
- Registered offering volume: 303,831,938 shares
- Actual offering volume: 303,830,405 shares
+ Number of additional issued shares have been deposited: 303,621,233 shares; in which:
++ Number of shares are freely transferable: 297,480,145 shares
++ Number of shares restricted transfer: 6,141,088 shares
+ Number of additional issued shares have not been deposited: 209,172 shares, in which:
++ Number of shares are freely transferable: 148,985 shares
++ Number of shares restricted transfer: 60,187 shares
- Number of fractional shares: 1,533 shares
3) Approving the cancelling of 1,533 fractional shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.
4) Approving the charter capital of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company after stock offering for stock swap from 2,531,882,680,000 dongs up to 5,570,186,730,000 dongs.
