KHP: KHPC transfers 110kV power grid to EVNCPC

According to the Board resolution dated September 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as KHPC) approved the transfer of the Khanh Hoa 110kV Power Grid from KHPC to Central Power Corporation (abbreviated as EVNCPC).

The transfer will include assets and the staff who are managing the operation of 110kV Power Grid of KHPC to EVNCPC. The value of agreement will be VND106,141,574,766 (not included VAT).
