FIT: FIT to hold the first extraordinary general meeting of 2017

According to Board Resolution No.17 dated September 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of F.I.T Investment Joint Stock Company approved to organize the first extraordinary general meeting of 2017 as follows:

-          Record date: October 18, 2017

-          Meeting date: November 07, 2017

-          Meeting place: The Conference Hall, 5^th Floor, Times Tower – HACC1 Complex Building, 35 Le Van Luong, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city.

-          Meeting contents:

+        To amend the Company’s Charter;

+        To adopt the Corporate Governance Regulation;

+        To elect two additional members to the Board of Directors;

+        To adopt and authorize the Board of Directors to decide transactions with related companies;

+        Other issues.
